文章摘要:随着当代医药行业的迅速发展,国内外有关药物研发成果方面的交流日益频繁。药物临床试验报告的翻译则成为业内专业人士了解国际最新药物临床试验结果的重要途径。目前,我国从事医学翻译的人才稀缺,且国内对于药物临床试验报告翻译的研究资料较为有限。因此,本实践报告对国内药物临床试验报告英译的研究具有重要实践价值。本报告基于作者对治疗非肌层浸润性膀胱癌药物临床试验报告的翻译实践,梳理了在翻译过程中遇到的困难和问题,主要涉及词汇、句法和语篇三个层面。词汇层面包括:普通词汇翻译不准确、未能使用术语的既定翻译和词汇冗余;句法层面包括:句子缺失主语和长句翻译;语篇层面包括:缺乏词汇衔接和语法衔接。奈达的功能对等理论要求以受众的角度为切入点,在翻译过程中运用最为近似的语言再现译文信息,力求达到四个方面的对等,包括词汇对等、句法对等、篇章对等和文体对等。基于功能对等理论,作者针对上述三个层面的问题提出相应的解决方法:（1）词汇层面分别通过词义引申、医学术语的适应以及减译对策解决;（2）句法层面采用语态转换和分译对策解决;（3）篇章层面通过反复和增译对策解决。期望本实践报告的初步研究结果能对药物临床试验总结报告的英译实践活动提供启示和借鉴。
